Origin:
The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo (Alijó) at an average altitude of 600 meters, growing in schist and granite derived soils.
Grape varieties:
Hand harvested from Old vineyards, with a field blend of white and red varieties.
Winemaking:
. Ancestral method, sparkling wine made from only one fermentation, without added yeasts or sugar
. Grapes picked in the beginning of September. Short maceration of 4 days and pressed.
. Bottled in October of 2022.
. Without disgorging.
