Origin:
The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo (Alijó) at an average altitude of 600 meters, growing in schist and granite derived soils.
Grape varieties:
Hand harvest of selected Alvarinho (10%), Rabigato (25%), Moscatel Galego (15%), Bical (25%) and Arinto (25%) varieties.
Winemaking:
. Ancestral method, sparkling wine made from only one fermentation, without added yeasts or sugar
. Grapes picked in the beginning of September and pressed.
. Bottled in October of 2022.
. Lightly disgorging in January 2023.
