Origin:
The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo (Alijó) at an average altitude of 600 meters, growing in schist and granite derived soils.

Grape varieties:
Hand harvest of selected Moscatel Galego clusters from 40 years old vineyards.

Winemaking:
. Grapes picked in the beginning of September.
. Whole clusters into cement tank, without any mechanical extraction
. Maceration on the skins during 4 months. Pressed at the end of January.
. No SO2 added, No finning or filtration.
. Bottled in February of 2024
